We want you to love your Hiskin purchase! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we’re here to make it right.
How to Request a Return:

Email us at glow@hiskin.in within 2 days of receiving your order.

Attach clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) to help us process your request quickly.
What’s Eligible for Return:

Products damaged in transit
-
Products with physical defects

Incorrect products shipped
What’s Not Eligible:

Products that have been used, opened, or have broken seals

Items where the serial number has been tampered with
Process:

Once we receive your return request and inspect the returned item, we’ll confirm if your return is eligible.

Approved returns will be eligible for a full refund.

All approved replacements/exchanges will be completed within 7 days.
Refund Timeline:

Online Payments: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval.

COD Orders: Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 14 working days of approval.
